Aroma: Zitrusfrüchte mit einer Spur Birne. Es entwickeln sich Honig, Gewürze und ein Hauch Salz.
Geschmack: Sehr komplex, Gerste, Früchte und Gewürze. Etwas Vanille, Kümmel und Jasmin halten sich im Hintergrund.
Abgang: Lang und ausgewogen.

Aroma: Sehr fruchtig und jung, Birne, Malz, Vanille. Sehr angenehm.
Geschmack: Zimtig, Muskatnuss. Fruchtig. Wirkt reifer als 3 -5 Jahre.
Abgang: Mittellang mit Frucht und Toffee.
Aroma: Typisch Amerikanischer Whiskey: Süß mit Vanille, Karamell und dazu Äpfel sowie Birnen.
Geschmack: Weich und süß wie im Aroma. Vanille, Birne, Äpfel, Kokosnuss und Bananen.
Abgang: Nicht sehr lang und angenehm weich.
Fasstyp: First Fill George Dickel Tennessee Whiskeyfässer.
Aroma: Eine feine süße von Pfirsichen und Beeren in Kombination mit Rauch, Ingwer und Pfeffer.
Geschmack: Maritim und rauchig, aber zusätzlich mit einem Fruchtkompott von Äpfeln, Ananas und Melonen. Dazu Honig und schön würzig.
Abgang: Wie im Geschmack mit fruchtigem und maritimen Rauch.

Aroma: Fruchtig, fein und samt. leicht cremig.
Geschmack: Dunkle Schokolade, Früchte und Sherry, Vanille.
Abgang: Lang aber trotzdem frisch.
Aroma: sehr fruchtig, Schokolade
Geschmack: kräftige Gewürze, dunkle Schokolade mit einer Spur Orange. Im Hintergrund findet sich eine Spur Honig. Die Eiche ist spürbar.
Abgang: mild, eher kurz.
Aroma: Fruchtig, Sherry, leicht rauchig.
Geschmack: Süß und fruchtig, Sahne und Karamell, Orange. Leichter Rauch.
Abgang: Lang, nur leicht rauchig. Sehr komplex.
Fasstyp: Oloroso Sherry Butt.

Nose: Vanilla infused ripe nectarines drenched in sweet syrup marry with stewed apricots and subtle pepper notes.
Colour: Ritch summer gold.
Taste: Sugar cane syrup over summer fruits combine with waves of vanilla. Livery oak balances stewed apricots and peaches with subtle barley notes giving a memorable finish.

Nose: Wild and surprisingly young-smelling. Green fruit with a floral note. Lime, grapefruit, green tea. Banana and shoe polish.
Palate: Strong citric oak, light floral vanilla from the oak, and a touch or caramel but not that sweet. Rose petals, and grapefruit.
Finish: Long and lemony and drying.
Overall: A very interesting whisky with a dry characterful flavour.

Nose: Elegant. White peach and a faint puff of smoke.
Palate: Surprisingly delicate. Abounding, yet fine. Her sublime mouth feel carries, masterfully: red fruit, raisins, an edge of white grape and a very floral honey.
Finish: Cocoa, slightly bitter as it tails away gracefully.

Nose: Creamy vanilla pours over a delicate tropical fruit character with a warm dusting of ground white pepper.
Colour: Harvest gold.
Taste: Rich charred oak adds a delicious vibrancy to vanilla poached pears. A back note of canidied peal and sweet barley grist gives a contrasting long finish.

Nose: Fresh green grass. Meadows. Oak. Lemon and malt. Fresh , with a nice vanilla and oak feel…
Palate: Oily feel to it. With a ginger tingle on the spicy vanilla and oak. Then some apple and syrup. Some toffee and stewed fruit. A bit of dirty sort of smoke as well in the background.
Finish: Sweet wood. Apple. Malt sugars. And a distant smoky almost ashy note.
